This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or profiling tools. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email: name, email address, country, the location of the property you are considering, the stage of your project and the content of your message.
We process this data solely to answer your enquiry, to assess the feasibility of the project you describe, and — if a professional engagement follows — to prepare and perform it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures; Art. 6(1)(a), your consent given via the form checkbox).
Your enquiry is read and answered personally by the architect. In organising, translating, analysing and drafting responses and project documents, the studio also uses professional artificial-intelligence assistants — such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT and Google Gemini — which may process the content of your enquiry as data processors. These providers may be established outside the European Union (in particular in the United States); transfers take place under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. The studio uses business-grade AI services configured so that submitted content is not used to train the providers' models. By submitting the form you expressly consent to this processing.
Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, at most, for 24 months from our last exchange — unless a professional engagement follows, in which case data is kept for the duration of the engagement and the retention periods required by law.
You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), and you may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@alessandrobuffi.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
Any updates to this policy will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
